With my SD activity leveling off I have been spending more time at the executive gym at work. It's pretty good. They have all the amenities, nice tiles and marble everywhere and free clothes. No female trainers though! They even have a boxing bag and a speed bag so I have been spending some time working on those.

There are no interesting SBs to work on anyway so may as well get in shape. One never knows when one will be called upon to take off one’s shirt (cue the laughter). There might be something happening this weekend although I can't quite get myself psyched up.

What a drag!
